If you change your mind about contributing to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), we are happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 30 days of the date on which you made the contribution.
To request a refund, you can either call 1-888-LLS-7177 to talk to a customer service representative, write to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 3 International Drive, Suite 200, Rye Brook, NY 10573 Attn: Support Services, or e-mail SupportServices@lls.org.
Approved refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution for non-participant donors. For participants who donate on their own page, a check will be processed once the refund has been approved by the chapter. Please be sure to provide the confirmation number from the original receipt.

Due to administrative human error, the incorrect Charity Navigator logo was used on the back panel of printed mail pieces sent to LLS donors. As a reputable and long-standing organization established in 1949 that has made a significant impact on blood cancer care and cures, the trust of our donors, patients, and the public are vital to our mission.
